15 Registrar of Council
(1) There shall be a Registrar of the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council. (2) The functions of the Registrar are such functions as are conferred on the Registrar by a provision of this Act or by the regulations. (3) The Registrar is to be a person who is appointed by the Minister in writing and who: (a) is an APS employee in an Agency for which the Minister is the Agency Minister; or (b) holds or performs the duties of an office in a body established by or under an Act administered by the Minister.
