#### 37 Strategic plan 37 Strategic plan > > (1) The Aboriginal Housing Office is required to prepare and submit to the Minister a strategic plan in relation to Aboriginal housing— > > > > > (a) from time to time in accordance with the requirements of any Commonwealth-State agreement relating to the operations of the AHO, or > > > > > (b) if there are no such requirements—every 3 years. > > > (2) Each such strategic plan is to be reviewed by the AHO annually and may be revised by the AHO following the review. > > > (3) A strategic plan, and any revision to a strategic plan, is not to be implemented by the AHO except with the approval of the Minister.
