#### 28 Register of registered Aboriginal housing organisations 28 Register of registered Aboriginal housing organisations > > (1) The Aboriginal Housing Office is to keep a register of registered Aboriginal housing organisations. > > > (2) The register is to be kept in the form and manner determined by the AHO. > > > (3) The register may include— > > > > > (a) information that relates to the housing and other property owned by, or under the control of, a registered Aboriginal housing organisation, and > > > > > (b) such other information, provided by a registered Aboriginal housing organisation at the request of the AHO, as the AHO considers appropriate for inclusion in the register.
