84 Report of cultural heritage audit S. 84(1) amended by No. 11/2016 s. 63(1). (1) An authorisedofficer who conducts, or directs the conduct of, a cultural heritage audit must give a written report of the findings of the audit to the Minister. (2) The report may— (a) identify any apparent contravention of an approved cultural heritage management plan or cultural heritage permit; S. 84(2)(b) amended by No. 11/2016 s. 63(2). (b) recommend amendments to the conditions of the approved cultural heritage management plan or the conditions of the cultural heritage permit applying to the activity to which the audit relates; S. 84(2)(c) amended by No. 11/2016 s. 63(3). (c) recommend arrangements for the access of authorisedofficers to the location at which the activity is being carried out; (d) recommend other measures in relation to the conduct of the activity to avoid or minimise harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage.
