79I Application of Aboriginal intangible heritage agreement if registration of certain parties revoked or suspended
(1) An Aboriginal intangible heritage agreement is terminated if a party to the agreement is a registered Aboriginal party, registered native title holder or traditional owner group entity, and the registration of that registered Aboriginal party is revoked under Division 2 of Part 10, or that registered native title holder or traditional owner group entity ceases to be a body corporate.
(2) If the registration of a registered Aboriginal party that is a party to an Aboriginal cultural heritage land management agreement is suspended, the registered Aboriginal party is taken not to be a party to the agreement during the period of suspension.
