79 Cancellation or amendment of registration (1) This section applies to a cultural heritage agreement that is recorded in the Register kept under the **Transfer of Land Act 1958**. (2) The Secretary must advise the Registrar of Titles without delay of— (a) the ending of the agreement relating wholly or in part or as to any part of the land; or (b) an amendment to the agreement. (3) The Registrar of Titles must, as appropriate, cancel in whole or in part or alter the recording of the cultural heritage agreement in the Register kept under the **Transfer of Land Act 1958**.
