76 Registration of cultural heritage agreements (1) This section applies if a cultural heritage agreement relating to land contains a provision requiring its registration under this section. (2) The Secretary must apply to the Registrar of Titles for the registration of any cultural heritage agreement that relates to an activity on land other than Crown land and to which the owner of the land is a party. (3) An application under this section must be in a form approved by the Registrar of Titles and include a copy of the cultural heritage agreement to which it relates. (4) The Registrar of Titles must make a recording of the cultural heritage agreement in the Register kept under the **Transfer of Land Act 1958**.
