72 Agreement of no effect without consent of registered Aboriginal parties (1) A cultural heritage agreement or amending agreement that relates to an Aboriginal place does not take effect until each registered Aboriginal party for the area in which the Aboriginal place is located consents in writing to the making of the agreement or amending agreement. (2) A cultural heritage agreement or an amending agreement that relates to an Aboriginal object does not take effect until each registered Aboriginal party for the area from which the Aboriginal object is reasonably believed to have originated consents in writing to the making of the agreement or amending agreement.
