70 Form of cultural heritage agreement (1) A cultural heritage agreement must be in the approved form. (2) A cultural heritage agreement may provide for the person who owns or possesses the Aboriginal cultural heritage the subject of the agreement to be bound by the covenants specified in the agreement. (3) If a cultural heritage agreement relates to an Aboriginal place, the agreement must include a map, plan or description of the boundaries of the land affected by the agreement. (4) A map included in a cultural heritage agreement under subsection (3) must comply with the prescribed standards (if any).
