45A Amendments to approved cultural heritage management plans (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Division applies to a proposed amendment to an approved cultural heritage management plan as if the proposed amendment were a new cultural heritage management plan. (2) An assessment of an area under section 42(1)(a) is not required for a proposed amendment to an approved cultural heritage management plan if the assessment for the purposes of the cultural heritage management plan before it was approved included the matters specified in the proposed amendment.
