41 Conditions on cultural heritage permits (1) The approval body may include in the cultural heritage permit any conditions that the body reasonably considers appropriate, including— (a) a condition that the activity authorised by the cultural heritage permit be supervised by a heritage advisor; or (b) a condition that any Aboriginal cultural heritage found in the course of the activity authorised by the cultural heritage permit be conserved in a way specified in the permit; or (c) a condition that specified things are to be done to the satisfaction of the approval body. (2) The approval body must not include in the cultural heritage permit a condition that the applicant pay or give money or money's worth to the registered Aboriginal party.
