171 Seizure powers on entry without search warrant If an authorised officer or Aboriginal heritage officer enters land or premises under section 166 or 168, the authorised officer or Aboriginal heritage officer may, with the consent of the occupier of the premises, seize any thing that he or she reasonably believes is evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act.
