164 Identity cards S. 164(1) amended by No. 11/2016 s. 103(1). (1) The Secretary must issue an identity card to each authorisedofficer. (2) An identity card issued under subsection (1) must— (b) contain a recent photograph of the person to whom it is issued. (3) A person must immediately return his or her identity card to the Secretary if— S. 164(3)(a) amended by No. 11/2016 s. 103(2). (a) the person ceases to be an authorisedofficer; or S. 164(3)(b) amended by No. 11/2016 s. 103(3). (b) the appointment of the person as an authorisedofficer is suspended. 1. 5 penalty units.
