159 Functions of authorised officers
The functions of an authorisedofficer under this Act include—
(a) monitoring compliance with this Act;
(b) investigating suspected offences against this Act;
(c) directing the conduct of cultural heritage audits under Part 6;
(d) issuing and delivering stop orders under Part 6;

(e) when required by the Secretary, reporting to the Secretary on the carrying out by the authorisedofficer of his or her functions under this Act.
