11 Vesting of certain newly-discovered relics in the Crown
(1) A relic that, on or after the commencement of this Act –
(a) is found by any person; or
(b) is abandoned by any person –
on any Crown land is the property of the Crown.
(2) In subsection (1) ,
relic means a relic that is not attached to, or otherwise part of, Crown land.
