#### 69 Offences
(1) A person shall not fail:
(a) to attend before the Registrar; or
(b) to answer a question; or
(c) to produce a document;
when so required in pursuance of subsection 68(2).
Penalty: $200.
(2) Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.

(3) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse.
> Note: A defendant bears an evidential burden in relation to the matter in subsection (3) (see subsection 13.3(3) of the Criminal Code).
