#### 49E Vacation of office on insolvency etc. (1) A member of the Governing Committee of an Incorporated Aboriginal Association ceases to hold office if he or she becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of a law for the relief of bankrupt or insolvent debtors or compounds with his or her creditors. (2) The Registrar may declare in writing that subsection (1) does not apply to a particular person.
