#### 49 Eligibility for membership of Incorporated Aboriginal Association (1) A person who is not an Aboriginal, or the spouse of an Aboriginal, is not entitled to become a member of an Incorporated Aboriginal Association. (2) A person who, but for subsection (1), would be, or would have been, a member of an Incorporated Aboriginal Association shall, for the purposes of section 48, be treated as being, or as having been, such a member.
