28 Exercise of powers etc.
The exercise of the powers and the performance of the functions of an Aboriginal Council shall not be affected by reason only: (a) of there being a vacancy in the office of a councillor; (b) of there being a defect in the election of a councillor; or (c) of any person having acted in the office of councillor when disqualified from holding that office.
