sec.5A Prescribed community area— Act , s 27
This section applies for section 27 of the Act , definition prescribed community area . The following community areas are prescribed for section 38 (3) of the Act — Doomadgee; the Shire of Mornington; Kowanyama; Pormpuraaw; lot 4 on SP215744, known as Mitchell-Alice Rivers National Park; lot 5 on SP215744, known as Errk Oykangand National Park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal Land). s 5A ins 2008 SL No. 437 s 4 sub 2022 SL No. 33 s 4 amd 2022 SL No. 42 s 3 ; 2022 SL No. 153 s 3 (sec.5A-ssec.1) This section applies for section 27 of the Act , definition prescribed community area .
