sec.27 Transitional provision for Aboriginal Communities (Justice and Land Matters) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2006

For nominating members of a community justice group for schedule 13, a nomination under section 5 of the schedule includes a nomination made before 21 April 2006 by a main Indigenous social grouping mentioned in the schedule. Schedule 13 (Palm Island) was schedule 13B of the repealed regulation.
