sec.26 Transitional provision for Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2003
For nominating members of a community justice group for schedule 3, 9, 18 or 19, a nomination under section 5 of the schedule includes a nomination made before 19 December 2003 by a nominating entity mentioned in the schedule. Schedules 3 (Cherbourg), 9 (Mapoon), 18 (Wujal Wujal) and 19 (Yarrabah) were schedules 10 to 13A of the repealed regulation.
