sch.9-sec.1 Definitions for sch 9
In this schedule— council means the Mapoon Shire Council. main Indigenous social grouping means each of the following groups of Indigenous people— Taepathiggi Thanakwith Tjungundji Warrangku Yupungathi historical residents of the community government area of the Mapoon Shire Council. nominating entity means the following entities— a main Indigenous social grouping; the council; the Mapoon Women’s group; the Mapoon Men’s group; Western Cape College ABN 30 531 079 796; Mapoon Primary Health Care Centre ABN 66 329 169 412. special meeting see section 10 (2) .
