sch.8-sec.1 Definitions for sch 8
In this schedule— council means the Lockhart River Shire Council. main Indigenous social grouping means each of the following groups of Indigenous people— Ankum Kaanju Kanthanampu Kuuku Ya’u Ngaympal Umpila Uupan Uutaalnganu Wathathi Yaawun. nominating entity means— a main Indigenous social grouping; or the group of employees of the council who work at the Pytham Women’s Shelter; or the council. special meeting see section 10 (2) .
