In this schedule— Bamaga community area means the part of the local government area of NPARC that is within the relevant Bamaga area. main Indigenous social grouping means each of the following groups of Indigenous people who live in the Bamaga community area— Aboriginal people Torres Strait Islanders the historical residents of the Bamaga community area the traditional owners of the Bamaga community area. special meeting see section 10 (2) .
