sch.19-sec.12 Quorum for special meeting
A quorum for a special meeting of the justice group is 10. A quorum must include— at least 1 representative of each main Indigenous social grouping; and if the justice group includes a representative of— only 1 other nominating entity—that representative; or 2 or more other nominating entities—representatives of at least 2 other nominating entities. (sch.19-sec.12-ssec.1) A quorum for a special meeting of the justice group is 10. (sch.19-sec.12-ssec.2) A quorum must include— at least 1 representative of each main Indigenous social grouping; and if the justice group includes a representative of— only 1 other nominating entity—that representative; or 2 or more other nominating entities—representatives of at least 2 other nominating entities.
