sch.18-sec.1 Definitions for sch 18
In this schedule— main Indigenous social grouping means each of the following groups of Indigenous people— Jalungi Kuku Nyungkul Kuku Yalanji traditional owners of the community government area of the Wujal Wujal Shire Council. nominating entity means— a main Indigenous social grouping; or each of the following groups of Indigenous persons in the community government area of the Wujal Wujal Shire Council— the elders’ group; the health group; the men’s group; the women’s group. special meeting see section 10 (2) .

- • Kuku Nyungkul
- • Kuku Yalanji
- • traditional owners of the community government area of the Wujal Wujal Shire Council.
- (a) a main Indigenous social grouping; or
- (b) each of the following groups of Indigenous persons in the community government area of the Wujal Wujal Shire Council— (i) the elders’ group; (ii) the health group; (iii) the men’s group; (iv) the women’s group.
