sch.11-sec.8 Term of membership
A member of the justice group holds office for the term— starting on the day the member’s nomination takes effect under section 4 (6) ; and ending on the day the member’s office becomes vacant under section 6 (1) .
- (a) starting on the day the member’s nomination takes effect under section 4 (6) ; and
- (b) ending on the day the member’s office becomes vacant under section 6 (1) .
