7 Document information requirements
The requirements referred to in subparagraph 6(b)(ii) are that the document: (a) meets the requirements of paragraphs 29-70(1)(a) and 29-70(1)(c) of the Act, other than subparagraph 29-70(1)(c)(i); and (b) contains enough information to enable the identity and ABN of the supplier’s property manager to be clearly ascertained.
