#### 65E Notice of variation under this Subdivision (1) The Secretary must give notice of any variation of a determination under this Subdivision to the claimant and to the approved child care service providing care to the child of the claimant, stating the effect of the variation and that the claimant may apply for review of the decision involved in the manner set out in Part 5. (2) The variation is not ineffective by reason only that any or all the requirements of subsection (1) are not complied with. 61 After Part 8 Insert:
