#### 54C Determination of weekly limit of hours (1) If the claimant is eligible under section 47 of the Family Assistance Act for one or more sessions of care provided by the claimant to the child at risk during a financial year, the Secretary is taken to have made a determination of a weekly limit of hours applicable to the service in respect of the child. The limit is 20 hours. (2) A determination of a weekly limit of hours comes into force immediately after the service becomes eligible under section 47 of the Family Assistance Act and remains in force at all times afterwards.
