#### 53G Notice of determination (1) The Secretary must give notice of a determination under this Subdivision to the claimant, stating: (a) whether the claimant is entitled to be paid child care benefit by single payment/in substitution because of the death of another individual in respect of the child under the determination; and (b) if the claimant is so entitled, the amount of the entitlement, how it is to be paid and to whom it will be paid; and (c) that the claimant may apply for review of the determination under Part 5. (2) The determination is not ineffective by reason only that any, or all, of the requirements of subsection (1) are not complied with.
