52JNotice of determination

#### 52J Notice of determination (1) The Secretary must give notice of a determination under this Subdivision to the claimant, stating: (a) whether the claimant is entitled to be paid child care benefit for a past period in respect of the child under the determination; and (b) if the claimant is so entitled: (i) the name of the child in respect of whom the claimant is entitled; and (ii) the period in respect of which the determination is made; and (iii) the amount of the entitlement, how it is to be paid and to whom it will be paid; and (iv) that the claimant may apply for review of the determination in the manner set out in Part 5. (2) The determination is not ineffective by reason only that any, or all, of the requirements of subsection (1) are not complied with.
