#### 51E Notice of determination (1) The Secretary must give notice of a determination under this Subdivision to the claimant, stating: (a) the income year in respect of which the determination is made; and (b) whether, under the determination, the claimant is entitled to be paid child care benefit by fee reduction for the child for the income year; and (c) if the claimant is so entitled: (i) the name of the child in respect of whom the claimant is entitled; and (ii) the amount of the entitlement; and (iii) the total amount of the fee reductions (if any) made by an approved child care service providing care to the child, in respect of sessions of care provided to the child during the income year; and (iv) if the amount of the entitlement is greater than the amount of the fee reductions—the amount of the difference, how it will be paid and to whom it will be paid; and (v) if the amount of the entitlement is less than the amount of the fee reductions—the amount of the difference, the fact that the amount is a debt, information relating to how, and from whom, the debt will be recovered; and (d) that the claimant may apply for review of the determination in the manner set out in Part 5. (2) The determination is not ineffective by reason only that any, or all, of the requirements of subsection (1) are not complied with.
