#### 50K Determination of schooling % (1) If the Secretary makes a determination under section 50F that the claimant is conditionally eligible, the Secretary must determine the schooling % applicable to the claimant and the child. (2) In making a determination of schooling %, the Secretary must use the provisions in Schedule 2 to the Family Assistance Act as if references in those provisions to a person being eligible were references to a person being conditionally eligible under section 42 of that Act.
