#### 50G Determination that no entitlement If the Secretary is not satisfied that the claimant is, at the time the Secretary makes the determination, conditionally eligible under section 42 of the Family Assistance Act in respect of the child, the Secretary must determine that the claimant is not entitled to be paid child care benefit by fee reduction in respect of the child.
