#### 67FH Request for information about care provided (1) The Secretary may, by written notice given to the approved provider of a child care service, require the provider to give the Secretary information in relation to any aspect of care provided or expected to be provided by the service. (2) The notice must: (a) specify the period in relation to which, or the intervals at which, the information is to be provided; and (b) be given in a form and manner approved by the Secretary. (3) Information given in response to the notice must be given in a form and manner approved by the Secretary.
