#### 65KQ Payment of single income family supplement—claim required (1) If an individual is entitled to be paid an amount of single income family supplement under a determination on a claim for payment of single income family supplement: (a) for a past period; or (b) by single payment/in substitution because of the death of another individual; the Secretary must pay the amount to the individual at such time and in such manner as the Secretary considers appropriate. (2) This section is subject to Part 4, Division 3 of Part 8B and sections 225 and 226.
