#### 65KL Determination of bereavement entitlement claim If: (a) the claim is one for payment of single income family supplement by single payment/in substitution because of the death of another individual; and (b) the Secretary is satisfied that the claimant is eligible for single income family supplement under section 57GF or 57GG of the Family Assistance Act; the Secretary must determine that the claimant is entitled to be paid the single income family supplement.
