#### 65KK Determination of past period entitlement claim If: (a) the claim is one for payment of single income family supplement for a past period; and (b) the Secretary is satisfied that the claimant was eligible for single income family supplement: (i) for the whole of the period in accordance with Subdivision A of Division 6 of Part 3 of the Family Assistance Act; or (ii) for part of the period in accordance with that Subdivision and for the remainder of the period in accordance with section 57GE of that Act; the Secretary must determine that the claimant is entitled to be paid single income family supplement for the past period.
