#### 43 Determination of “bereavement” entitlement claim If: (a) the claim is one for payment of a stillborn baby payment because of the death of another individual; and (b) the Secretary is satisfied that the claimant is, in the circumstances covered by the claim, eligible for a stillborn baby payment in accordance with Subdivision B of Division 2 of Part 3 of the Family Assistance Act; the Secretary must determine that the claimant is entitled to be paid the stillborn baby payment and must determine the amount of the payment that the claimant is entitled to be paid.
