#### 106B Notice to ART (1) If the Secretary makes a review decision under section 105 to vary or substitute a decision after a person has applied to the ART for a review in relation to the decision, the Secretary must give written notice of the review decision to the ART Principal Registrar. (2) A contravention of this section in relation to a review decision does not affect the validity of the review decision.
