#### 4 Minister’s power to make determinations for the purposes of the definition of immunised (1) The Minister must, for the purpose of the definition of immunised in section 3, by legislative instrument, determine: (a) one or more standard vaccination schedules for the immunisation of children; and (b) one or more catch up vaccination schedules for the immunisation of children who have not been immunised in accordance with a standard vaccination schedule. (2) Despite subsection 14(2) of the Legislation Act 2003, a determination made for the purposes of subsection (1) of this section may make provision in relation to a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating any matter contained in an instrument or other writing as in force or existing from time to time.
