#### 38H Rent paid by a member of an illness separated, respite care or temporarily separated couple If an individual is a member of an illness separated, respite care or temporarily separated couple, any rent that the individual’s partner pays or is liable to pay in respect of the premises occupied by the individual is to be treated as paid or payable by the individual.
