The subject site is located on the southern side of High Street, approximately 50m from the commencement of High Street Road and 300m from Warrigal Road to the east. The total site area is 1449m². A 1.83m wide easement for drainage, sewerage and gas runs along the southern boundary of both lots. The site has a moderate fall from the north-east to the south west of approximately 1.5m.
