Application for approval of the ZircoDATA Services Pty Ltd - Transport Workers' Union Victoria Enterprise Agreement 2025-2028

[1] Zircodata Service Pty Ltd T/A Zircodata Pty Ltd (the Employer) has made an application for approval of a single-enterprise agreement known as the ZircoDATA Services Pty Ltd - Transport Workers' Union Victoria Enterprise Agreement 2025-2028 (the Agreement), pursuant to s 185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (the Act).

Section 186, 187 and 188

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss 186, 187 and 188 of the Act as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

Section 183 Bargaining Representatives

[3] The Transport Workers' Union of Australia (TWU) being a bargaining representative for the Agreement, have given notice under s 183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover it. In accordance with s 201(2), I note the Agreement covers the Transport Workers' Union of Australia (TWU).

[4] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s 54 of the Act and clause 3 of the Agreement, will operate from 19 January 2026, being the commencement of the first full pay period seven days from the date of approval.
