The applicant is to cover all costs relating to the preparation and registration of the Agreement (including costs incurred by the Responsible Authority).

Before the occupation of the dwellings hereby approved application must be made to the Registrar of Titles to register the Section 173 agreement on the title to the land under Section 181 of the Act. 2. This Agreement will end when the use ceases or a Planning Permit is granted for another use, or otherwise by the agreement of the parties.

All screens marked on the endorsed plan shall be maintained by the owner of the land to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.
That no clothes lines are to be installed where they can be visible from public streets, to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.
Once the development has started, it must be continued and completed in accordance with the endorsed plans, to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.
The dwellings hereby approved must not be occupied until all buildings and works and the conditions of this permit have been complied with, unless with the written consent of the Responsible Authority.
Provision must be made for the drainage of the site including landscaped and pavement areas, all to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.
All wastes must be disposed of to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority and no liquid waste or polluted waters shall be discharged into a sewer or storm water drainage system.
Access to the site and any associated roadwork must be constructed, all to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.
All piping and ducting above the ground floor storey of the building, except for downpipes and spouting, shall be concealed from street view to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.
All boundary walls in the development must be constructed, cleaned and finished to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.
The use and development must be managed so that the amenity of the area is not detrimentally affected, through the:

Transport of materials, goods or commodities to or from the land; 2. Appearance of any building, works or materials;

Emission of noise, artificial light, vibration, smell, fumes, smoke, vapour, steam, soot, ash, dust, waste water, waste products, grit or oil;

All of the above to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.

This permit will expire if:
1. The development does not start within two (2) years of the date of this permit, or
2. The development is not completed within four (4) years of the date of this permit.

Before the permit expires or within three (3) months afterwards the owner or occupier of the land may in writing request the Responsible Authority to extend the expiry date.
