BUS QUEENSLAND, TRANSPORT WORKERS UNION AND BUS QUEENSLAND EMPLOYEES' ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2025
Application for approval of the Bus Queensland, Transport Workers Union and Bus Queensland Employees' Enterprise Agreement 2025 - correction to decision - paragraph [6].
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 12 February 2026 [[2026] FWCA 363] is corrected as follows:
[1] Paragraph [6] is deleted and replaced with the following:
"The Agreement is approved in accordance with s.54 of the Act and will operate from 19 February 2026. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 12 February 2030."
