Fair Work Australia approved a single-enterprise agreement for Volvo Group Australia. The tribunal was satisfied all legal requirements were met. Because the agreement didn't include consultation or flexibility terms, the standard model terms were added. The Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union, having given proper notice, was also covered by the agreement.
