s.185 - Application for approval of a single-enterprise agreement
Application for approval of the Ulan West Enterprise Agreement 2024
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 10 January [2025] FWCA 83, AE527548 is corrected as follows:
[1] By deleting paragraph [5] and replacing it with the following:
[6] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s 54 of the Act, will operate from 17 January 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 November 2028
